Here's a recipe for a Seattle-Style Hot Dog.

Ingredients:

  • 4 hot dogs (recommend 1 lb. in size)
  • 4 hot dog buns (recommend Premium Buns)
  • Cream cheese
  • Thinly sliced onions (Grilled)
  • Pickled jalapeños
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Ketchup (Optional)
  • Mustard (Optional)

Prep Time: 20-25 Minutes
Serving Size: 2-4 People

Instructions:

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Grill the hot dogs until they are fully cooked and have grill marks.

3. Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for a minute or two.

4. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese inside each bun.

5. Place a grilled hot dog inside each bun.

6. Top each hot dog with thinly sliced grilled onion and pickled jalapeños.

7. Drizzle sriracha sauce over each hot dog.

8. Optional: Add ketchup and mustard to taste.
